Shipping and Returns

As soon as your package has been offered at PostNL or UPS and information about the package to be sent is available, you will receive an email from us. This e-mail contains a number of information to trace the package. Shipping will typically happen after 2-3 business days after the payment has been completed.

Exchange and return of your online purchase is possible within 14 days after receipt of your order. For the exchange and return of online purchases, we request that you complete a “return email” and return it together with a copy of the invoice.

A number of conditions apply to the exchange and return of online purchases:
– Within 14 days of receiving your order
– Products have not been used and / or worn
– Products are not damaged
– Original labels and cards must still be attached to the item
– Use an outer box for return, this will prevent damage to the original purchase box.
